1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is I3Italy C.I.C., located at 16 Clover Bank Avenue, Manchester, M19 1PG.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom.
2.2 Employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the giveaway, participants must share any post from the designated set of posts published on the promoter’s official Facebook page between 1st December 2024 and 20th December 2024.
3.2 Each share of an eligible post constitutes one entry. Maximum one share per post per user.
3.3 All entries must be completed by 11:59 PM GMT on 20th December 2024. Each share must remain available, with “public” policy, at least until 1st January 2025.
3.4 The privacy of any shared post must be set to “public”.
3.5 Shares on Facebook pages are allowed.
4. Prize
4.1 The prize is a bundle of food products generously provided by Solo Lucano (https://sololucano.com). Pictures used in promotional material are representative and not necessarily indicative of the content of the final bundle. Shipping to UK addresses is included.
4.2 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date, using the random number generator from random.org.
5.2 The draw will take place on or before 1st January 2025.
6. Winner Notification
6.1 The winner will be notified via a private message on Facebook within 48 hours of the draw.
6.2 The winner must provide their name and shipping address, located in the UK, to receive the prize.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or fails to provide name and shipping address, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6.4 We will never ask for any kind of payment, or personal details other than the ones above. Please be mindful of scammers and bogus accounts.
7. Delivery of the Prize
7.1 The prize will only be shipped to a valid UK address provided by the winner.
7.2 The promoter is not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery.
8. Liability
8.1 The promoter does not accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other reasons beyond its control.
8.2 The promoter is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data supplied during the giveaway will only be used for the administration of the giveaway and delivery of the prize.
